I mean, it works. It prevented my water from freezing even when the temperature dropped below 20°f, but it comes at the price of incredibly foul-tasting and smelling water.

So glad wer have this... although thre 50 foot cord looks nothing like the 25. The 50 foot cord literally looks like a cord wrapped in a blanket. The 25 foot cord looks like this picture.

Did not buy this on Amazon but I wish I did. I bought this heated hose for a local dealer. Brought it home unrolled it and hooked it up. Drip, drip, drip. No delay. As soon as I turned the water on it started leaking water from underneath the heat shrink at the end of the hose. Called the dealer and they are not accustomed in taking back electrical stuff. So much for buying local.
